The making of Right HEre
Right Here was forged in relationships, client work, yoga on beaches, design in galleries and museums, writing retreats, the music of Blue October, mountain trails, creative thinking at 30,000 feet, and the inspiration I take from being a role model for my 9-year-old daughter.

Throughout my life and career, my most memorable moments have been inside big meetings, offsites, and initiatives—those high-cost, high-stakes gatherings where the stakes and the opportunities are high. I’ve always focused myself and my teams on delivering the best we could with what we had and knew. And yet I often had a lingering feeling, or evidence, that in some cases these big investments still fell short of their potential.
That realization is what’s behind Right Here. It exists to equip leaders and teams make every gathering focused, productive, and worth the investment—through immersive experiences that sync execution with connection and deliver a measurable Return on Gathering (ROG).
Right Here creates ready-to-deploy activities and immersive workshops and intensives that fit into major initiatives, meetings, offsites, and kickoffs, helping leaders and teams strengthen alignment, momentum, and confidence. Everything we build is intentional, designed to stretch beyond the purely practical, with one aim: leaders and teams rewriting their realities together beyond traditional consulting or training that fades or overwhelms.
What we build is inspired by my years in global, high-pressure hubs like New York and Silicon Valley, where I worked hands-on as both an executive leader and practitioner with organizations including Google, LinkedIn, Bloomberg, Yelp, S&P, the Canadian Government, and Lululemon. From these experiences, we’ve taken the best of what works, elevated what’s often overlooked, and designed something uniquely our own.
Partnering with Right Here means staying in control while being supported by instructional design, thought leadership, creativity, and expert coaching and facilitation.
