The making of Right HEre
Right Here was forged in relationships, client work, yoga on beaches, design in galleries and museums, writing retreats, the music of Blue October, mountain trails, creative thinking at 30,000 feet, and the inspiration I take from being a role model for my 9-year-old daughter.
HELLO from our founder
Throughout my life and career, I’ve been motivated by big goals, applying creativity when challenges feel toughest, and making progress with great people running alongside me. I built Right Here to carry that spirit forward for leaders and teams through experiences that sync execution with connection.
Right Here creates ready-to-deploy activities, targeted workshops, and leadership intensives that fit into major initiatives, meetings, offsites, and kickoffs—helping leaders and teams align fast, keep momentum, and act with confidence. Everything we build is intentional, designed to stretch beyond the purely practical, with one aim: leaders and teams rewriting their realities together.
Our focus is leadership and team enablement: a space that expands beyond traditional consulting and training. Leaders and teams deserve more than training that fades, consulting that overwhelms, or coaching that focuses only on leaders at the top instead of including teams.
What we build is inspired by my years in global, high-pressure hubs like New York and Silicon Valley, where I worked hands-on as both an executive leader and practitioner with organizations including Google, LinkedIn, Bloomberg, Yelp, S&P, the Canadian Government, and Lululemon. From these experiences, we’ve taken the best of what works, elevated what was overlooked, and designed something uniquely our own.
